Responsibilities:-

- Assist with hiring needs and manage different online sourcing Platforms for recruitment and develop recruitment related Documents.
- Coordinate with the candidates Proactively.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives And systems.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job Descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.

Skills Required:-

- Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to Deliver engaging presentations.
- Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay Focused and generate high quality leads.
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts).
- Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-Motivated and Organized.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent Organizational skills.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
