We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience across various HR functions, offering valuable exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
  • Assist in drafting HR documents, letters, and reports.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Support HR team in policy implementation and compliance tracking.
  • Help in preparing HR analytics and reports for management review.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees under supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
