Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team, based in Bhopal or Delhi. This full-time, mid-level position requires an individual with 4 to 6 years of experience in international sales and related fields. The role entails developing strategic relationships and driving global business growth for Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership and market savvy in the food and beverage sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years&apos experience in international sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and customer expectations in the food and beverage industry.
- Exceptional market research skills to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring strategic and informed decision-making processes for market expansion.
- Strong relationship management expertise to build and maintain profitable partnerships with international distributors and clients globally.
- Proven ability in lead generation to effectively develop new business pipelines, ensuring sustained revenue growth across various international markets.
- Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in English to articulate complex concepts and negotiations effectively to an international audience.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels, ensuring successful sales outcomes.
- Comprehensive understanding of global trade compliance and export regulations to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in business operations.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong interest in developing innovative sales strategies to penetrate and grow in untapped markets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve increased market penetration and revenue growth across targeted regions.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic adjustments.

- Oversee negotiations and contract finalizations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions are established with international partners.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and actionable plans for improvement.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and networking potential.
