About the Role We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary President - Projects to lead the planning execution and delivery of our residential real estate portfolio The ideal candidate must have proven experience in leading large-scale residential projects with reputed developer houses ensuring timely delivery quality excellence and cost optimization Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Planning Define the overall project execution strategy aligned with the company s growth plans Drive feasibility studies master planning design approvals and budgeting for residential projects Collaborate with the leadership team on land acquisition regulatory approvals and project positioning Project Execution Delivery Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to completion Ensure strict adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards Manage all internal teams design engineering procurement and external partners consultants contractors architects Stakeholder Regulatory Management Liaise with government authorities statutory bodies and consultants to secure necessary approvals Build strong relationships with contractors vendors and other external stakeholders Operational Excellence Risk Management Implement robust project monitoring systems cost control measures and quality audits Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies Team Leadership Development Lead mentor and develop a high-performing multi-disciplinary team Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and innovation Key Requirements Educational Qualification B Tech M tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent Experience 20 years of experience in the real estate sector with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within reputed developer houses Mandatory experience in large-scale residential projects townships high-rise apartments premium housing Technical Managerial Competencies In-depth knowledge of residential project planning design and execution Strong understanding of regulatory compliances environmental norms and building codes Proven track record in managing multi-crore budgets and delivering complex projects on time Excellent leadership stakeholder management and negotiation skills JOB Location Kolkata HO
