Key Responsibilities LOCATION: Greater Noida West, NXOne IT park Exp: 2-5 years - Strategy Development: - Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals. - Content Creation & Curation: - Ideate, create, and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (including visuals and copy) for various social media platforms. - Campaign Management: - Develop, manage, and optimize social media campaigns, including paid social advertising, to achieve set goals. - Audience Research: - Identify and understand target audiences to tailor content and strategies for maximum impact. - Performance Analysis: - Define KPIs, monitor social media analytics, and provide reports on campaign performance, web traffic, and user engagement. - Trend Monitoring: - Stay informed about the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure strategies remain relevant. - Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and marketing and sales professionals, to produce cohesive campaigns. - Community Management: - Respond to comments, messages, and reviews from followers to foster engagement and build brand loyalty. - Budget Management: - Establish and allocate marketing budgets across various social media platforms and campaigns.
