Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Healthcare & Life Sciences Service Management (HCLS) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing payer-centric use cases such as prior authorization workflows, provider lifecycle automation, compliance reporting, and intelligent inventory management using ServiceNow and GenAI capabilities like Now Assist.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development (CSM & HCLS)

- Design and configure workflows for:
- Prior Authorization, Claims Triage, Provider Credentialing
- Member Journey & KYC Automation
- Compliance Dashboards (HEDIS, STAR)
- Medical Asset & Inventory Tracking
- Implement Healthcare-specific data models using HCLS Core and HCLS Applications
- Customize case types and table relationships as per payer operational needs

GenAI & NowAssist Implementation

- Integrate Now Assist to power virtual agents, smart search, and claims deflection
- Automate triage and document processing using GenAI models

Platform Enhancements & Integrations

- Build reusable components, UI actions, Script Includes, and Business Rules
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub spokes (e.g., InterQual, FHIR, 837/835)
- Ensure PHI/PII-compliant configurations as per HIPAA and SOC-2

Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery

- Work closely with healthcare clients to gather and analyze domain-specific requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional design sprints
- Provide support and documentation for UAT and go-live phases
