🚀 We’re Hiring | Data & AI Architect 📍 Location: Pune, India (UK Shift) 🕒 Experience: 10+ Years Work from Office at Pune 🔍 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Architect to drive the modernization of our enterprise data ecosystem. This role will play a key part in enabling data-driven and AI-powered solutions, supporting advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI initiatives across the organization. You will lead the design and governance of modern, cloud-native data platforms and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, AI/ML, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Architecture & Data Platforms - Design and lead enterprise-scale data and AI architectures - Modernize legacy systems to cloud-native platforms - Define standards for data modeling, ETL/ELT, orchestration, and observability Cloud & Technology - Architect data solutions using GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Airflow) and Snowflake - Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost - Enable AI, ML, and Generative AI use cases Leadership & Collaboration - Mentor and guide data engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML engineers - Partner with business stakeholders to align data strategy with enterprise goals Governance & Security - Implement data governance, quality, observability, and security frameworks - Ensure compliance, reliability, and trusted data availability Delivery & Innovation - Lead end-to-end delivery of data-driven initiatives - Stay current with emerging data and AI technologies and drive innovation ✅ Required Skills & Experience - 10+ years of overall experience; 8+ years in Data Engineering / Data Architecture - Strong experience designing enterprise data architectures - Hands-on expertise with GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Airflow) - Experience with Snowflake data warehousing - Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines - Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI platforms - Solid understanding of data governance, data modeling, and security - Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience 🎓 Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / BTech / MCA (or equivalent) 🌟 Desired Skills - Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments - Exposure to CI/CD and DevSecOps practices - Experience with Generative AI frameworks - Strong documentation and process-oriented mindset 💡 Personal Attributes - Strong communicator with ability to explain complex ideas - Results-driven and customer-focused - Effective team player and mentor - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment. 👉 Interested candidates can apply directly or share their profiles via email on seema.bisht@glovetalent.com.
