We are currently seeking a Data Architect to join our team in Pune, Mah\u0101r\u0101shtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

**Technical Skill Sets (mandatory)**:

- Must have significant level knowledge on implementing cloud data warehouses - Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, or Google BigQuery experience considered
- Must have significant level knowledge building data pipelines - using a variety of different technologies; Azure Data Factory, Matillion, DBT, Python & Spark
- Understanding of the AWS/GCP/Azure ecosystems
- A bachelor's degree in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, engineering or related disciplines and approximately three years of related work experience; or a master's degree in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, or related disciplines and approximately two years of related work experience
- Minimum of five years solutions architect experience with end to end platforms
- IoT understanding from connectivity and data management perspective
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, PowerBI, Looker, etc.
- Curated view point around data governance e.g. catalog, lineage, data sandbox provisioning, quality scorecarding, etc.
- Understanding of the modern data operations paradigm
- Understanding of Data Engineering patterns around data acquisition, data transformation and data presentation in various paradigms e.g. Real-time, batch, NOSQL/SQL, SAAS offerings and others
- Basic knowledge of virtual networking and security
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
- Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions

**Knowledge of the following would be an asset**:

- Open source contributions of any sort
- Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) and prior consulting experience highly preferred
- Experience with JavaScript, Scala, WebSockets, Java, Python, SQL, REST APIs, Data warehousing techniques and schema designExperience with BI platforms such as SpotFire, Tableau, PowerBI, Zoomdata, SuperSet, etc.
- Data cataloging and governance techniques
- Strong Agile methodology knowledge
