This role will play a key part in enabling data-driven and AI-powered solutions, supporting advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI initiatives across the organization.You will lead the design and governance of modern, cloud-native data platforms and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, AI/ML, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Data PlatformsDesign and lead enterprise-scale data and AI architecturesModernize legacy systems to cloud-native platformsDefine standards for data modeling, ETL/ELT, orchestration, and observabilityCloud & TechnologyArchitect data solutions using GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Airflow) and SnowflakeOptimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and costEnable AI, ML, and Generative AI use casesLeadership & CollaborationMentor and guide data engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML engineersPartner with business stakeholders to align data strategy with enterprise goalsGovernance & SecurityImplement data governance, quality, observability, and security frameworksEnsure compliance, reliability, and trusted data availabilityDelivery & InnovationLead end-to-end delivery of data-driven initiativesStay current with emerging data and AI technologies and drive innovation✅ Required Skills & Experience10+ years of overall experience; 8+ years in Data Engineering / Data ArchitectureStrong experience designing enterprise data architecturesHands-on expertise with GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Airflow)Experience with Snowflake data warehousingStrong knowledge of Python, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelinesExposure to AI/ML and Generative AI platformsSolid understanding of data governance, data modeling, and securityProven leadership and stakeholder management experience🎓 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering / BTech / MCA (or equivalent)🌟 Desired SkillsExperience working in Agile / Scrum environmentsExposure to CI/CD and DevSecOps practicesExperience with Generative AI frameworksStrong documentation and process-oriented mindset💡 Personal AttributesStrong communicator with ability to explain complex ideasResults-driven and customer-focusedEffective team player and mentorComfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.👉 Interested candidates can apply directly or share their profiles via email on seema.bisht@glovetalent.com.
