Dita L10N Systems Administrator Experience 4 to5 Years Overview The DITA Localization L10N Systems Administrator is responsible for overseeing content workflows through component content management and translation management systems in support of translating DITA XML source to various languages for HPE product documentation In addition this person also troubleshoots related systems and content issues to resolution and maintains related L10N process documentation and training As a member of a cross-functional engineering team the DITA L10N Systems Administrator collaborates with HPE structured authoring teams HPE business operations groups and translation vendors Responsibilities Oversee systems administration for both Traditional L10N and Continuous Delivery L10N for DITA content Create translation jobs in Tridion Docs submit them to GlobalLink and send requests to vendors Import translated content back into Tridion Docs and publish output for vendor review Release localized publication objects complete translation requests and release the final publication output Monitor Jira to process and track translation requests and investigate and resolve related support incidents change requests and enhancement requests Ensure content integrity is maintained and workflow is completed to support timebound HPE product releases Ensure L10N-related KM Tools and administration documentation and training resources are maintained and updated in alignment with tools releases and improvement opportunities Skills Bachelor s degree in a relevant field engineering computer science technical writing localization linguistics or equivalent work experience as a localization administrator or a related role Expertise in Darwin Information Typing Architecture DITA XML structured content development and related capabilities Expertise with related DITA content authoring content management and publishing systems Tridion Docs content management system and GlobalLink translation management system Aptitude for troubleshooting process improvement and effective communications Collaboration Use Jira to pick up HPE Business Unit tickets for translation requests and related troubleshooting Resolve escalations from HPE Business Units and Translation Vendors Pursue feedback and implement related improvements by partnering with HPE Business Units the HPE Tools Team and the HPE GlobalLink Team Represent HPE interests for KM Tools Roadmaps with related tools vendors regarding L10N Locations Bengaluru Karnataka India Work Module 5 days WFO Shift 9 30am to 6 30pm
