About FergusonFerguson is the largest value-added distributor serving the specialized professional in the residential and non-residential North American construction market We help make our customers complex projects simple successful and sustainable by providing expertise and a wide range of products and services from plumbing HVAC appliances and lighting solutions to pipe valves and fittings water and wastewater solutions and more Headquartered in Newport News Virginia Ferguson has sales of 29 6 billion fiscal year 24 and approximately 35 000 associates in nearly 1 800 locations ANSR is the market leader in enabling organizations to build manage and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers GCCs ANSRs full-stack GCC platform comprising end-to-end Al- enabled products and services is trusted by the worlds best companies to help them set up manage and run their high-impact technology centers Since its inception ANSR has established over 125 GCCs aggregating to over 125k enterprise talent with over 2B in investment and using over 12M sq ft of workspace Visit ansr com for more information Duties and Responsibilities Provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain Solutions Serves as the immediate technical contact for all DC MDC Ship Hub and retail locations handling calls and chats and documenting all interactions in ServiceNow Address issues and outages as required collaborating with vendors developers and application administrators to resolve them and identify the root cause Manages automation infrastructure for MDCs and Ship Hubs Responds to system alerts and resolves issues by using various tools to monitor and troubleshoot Supply Chain systems Communicates technical information to technical and nontechnical personnel Uses standardized procedures and practices to achieve goals objectives and meet deadlines Advance issues as needed to ensure SLA is met or exceeded Develop documentation around issues and resolution of those issues Must be willing to participate in rotational on-call Qualifications and Requirements General System Administration experience General knowledge of Windows Experience working with databases Oracle and SQLServer Experience working with a ticketing system Ability to learn complex processes and procedures Ability to identify and resolve issues independently Strong documentation skills Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail Able to prioritize and implement tasks in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of the organizations goals and objectives Assists with the installation configuration maintenance debugging and support for systems software hardware to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment HSE policies procedures and requirements Regular and reliable attendance Other duties as assigned
