At IHG Hotels Resorts we believe in delivering True Hospitality for Good With a portfolio of some of the world s most iconic hotel brands we re committed to creating exceptional guest experiences while driving innovation and growth across our global network As part of our Revenue Management Team you ll be at the heart of commercial strategy helping hotels outperform the market and unlock their full potential IHG offers a collaborative culture global career opportunities and a commitment to diversity equity and inclusion We empower our people to move fast think return talk straight and build one team-our Winning Ways that shape how we work and grow together About the Role As a Portfolio Revenue Manager you ll be the strategic revenue leader for a portfolio of 2-6 hotels across Southeast Asia and Korea You ll drive performance through data-driven strategies pricing optimization and tactical support embedding IHG s proven revenue management practices to deliver measurable results This is a high-impact role where you ll collaborate with hotel GMs commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders to shape revenue strategy lead key initiatives and contribute to IHG s commercial success Key Responsibilities Lead daily weekly monthly revenue generation calls with hotels Optimize pricing demand forecasting and business mix strategies Roll out new tools systems and programs with strong adoption Support the RMH P L and contribute to service offering development Mentor and develop Revenue Analysts and future RM talent Provide market intelligence and performance insights to stakeholders Collaborate with commercial finance HR and sales teams Champion IHG s Winning Ways and Growth Behaviors in daily work What You ll Bring Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Finance Hospitality or related field 5 years of progressive experience in revenue management pricing or strategic planning-preferably in hospitality Strong analytical communication and influencing skills Proven ability to lead teams drive performance and manage change Expertise in revenue systems yield optimization and selling strategies What Success Looks Like Portfolio RGI growth and outperforming non-IHG Revenue hotels High hotel satisfaction and feedback scores Accurate forecasting and strong channel performance Talent development and successful project delivery Ready to Make an Impact Join a company that s redefining hospitality and shaping the future of travel At IHG your ideas matter your growth is supported and your work drives real results Be part of a team that s passionate agile and committed to excellence
