We at Upside Cloud Technologies are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales preferably within the healthcare and medical domain with experience selling software applications for hospitals and clinics in India This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills to drive business growth and meet sales targets Key Responsibilities 1 Sales and Business Development - Identify target and engage with potential clients in the healthcare and medical sectors including hospitals clinics and other healthcare providers - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets 2 Client Relationship Management - Build strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges 3 Product Expertise - Gain in-depth knowledge of the company s software products and services with a focus on healthcare solutions - Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to clients 4 Market Analysis - Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitor activities in the healthcare software domain - Provide feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market demands 5 Sales Operations - Prepare proposals negotiate contracts and close deals - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system Qualifications and Skills - MBA or equivalent management degree preferably from IIM or a top-tier institute - 2 to 4 years of experience in software sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Experience in the healthcare domain selling software solutions to hospitals and clinics is a strong advantage - Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ref updazz com
