Job Description Email Marketing Expert Working Hours Monday to Saturday, 8:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST (4 hours/day, remote) Compensation 25,000 - 45,000 per month (based on experience) About Toronto French Academy (TFA) Toronto French Academy is a specialized French language education business dedicated to helping adults achieve Canadian Permanent Residency through French proficiency. We focus on TEF and TCF exam preparation, empowering our students to reach their immigration and language learning goals. The Role We're seeking an experienced Email Marketing Expert to own and execute our complete email marketing strategy. This is a freelance, remote position where you'll handle everything from campaign strategy to design, copywriting, automation, and analytics using Brevo and n8n. What You'll Do - Design visually appealing email campaigns using Brevo and Stripo - Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy - Build and manage automated email workflows in Brevo - Segment audiences and personalize campaigns for maximum engagement - Leverage AI tools to optimize copy, design, and performance - Set up advanced automations using n8n for enhanced workflows - Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data - Manage email deliverability and list health What We're Looking For - Proven experience with email marketing platforms, especially Brevo - Strong copywriting and email design skills (drag-and-drop builders) - Experience with AI tools for content creation and optimization - Comfortable with automation tools (n8n experience is a plus) - Portfolio showcasing email campaigns you've designed and written - Self-starter who can work independently and deliver results - Available during working hours (see above) To Apply Submit your application through our form including your portfolio, previous clients, and relevant experience.
