Job Title: FEA (Finite Element Analysis) Engineer Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Experience: 3 - 5 Years (STRICTLY) Employment Type: Permanent Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / About the Company Our client is a trusted global innovator of IT and business services, present in 50+ countries. Finite Element Analysis (FEA): - Perform structural, thermal-mechanical, vibration, and stability analyses. - Identify potential failure modes and suggest corrective actions. 1. Design Support: - Collaborate with design teams to improve designs based on FEA results. - Create and modify 3D models using SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or Creo. 1. Tool Usage: - Use simulation tools such as ANSYS, HyperMesh, Abaqus, or Nastran. - Apply DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) principles. 1. Project Management: - Handle multiple projects at once. - Provide regular updates to higher authorities and ensure timely delivery. 1. Team Collaboration: - Work with global product leadership teams to enhance design performance. - Share best practices and contribute to team skill development. Mandatory Skills ✔ Strong expertise in structural, thermal, and vibration analysis. ✔ Practical experience building interpreting and validating FEA results to improve designs. ✔ Hands-on experience with ANSYS , HyperMesh, Abaqus. ✔ Familiarity with SolidWorks / Solid Edge / Creo ✔ Good knowledge of design risk assessment and failure prevention methods. ✔ Understanding of structural stability and safety factors in design ✔ Knowledge of design risk assessment and failure prevention methods. ✔ Experience with FEA Engineer – Subsea Projects (Oil & Gas Domain).
