Company Sanvi Hyundai Authorized Hyundai Car Dealership Location Vapi Department Sales Reports To Sales Manager General Manager Position Overview The Sales CRM will be responsible for managing customer relationships driving sales conversions ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining Hyundai brand standards This role requires proactive follow-ups lead management and coordination with the sales team to achieve dealership sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries walk-ins calls digital leads and ensure timely follow-up Maintain and update the dealership s CRM system with accurate customer data Coordinate with the sales team to track leads test drives bookings and deliveries Ensure all Hyundai CRM guidelines and processes are followed Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and existing clients for repeat business referrals and customer retention Monitor and analyze sales funnel reports and share insights with management Manage customer feedback complaints and ensure quick resolution to enhance satisfaction Assist in dealership sales events promotional activities and Hyundai campaigns Generate daily weekly and monthly CRM reports for management review Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets Key Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer handling and relationship management ability Knowledge of CRM tools software and dealership operations Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Target-oriented with good problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Qualifications Experience Graduate in any discipline MBA PG in Marketing or Sales preferred 2-5 years of experience in CRM sales coordination or customer service Automobile industry preferred Freshers with good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset may also be considered Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
