Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our Thermo Adhesives Business team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of thermo adhesive products and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers.

- New Account Registration: Process customer registrations efficiently through forms.

- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.

- Quotations: Prepare and send quotations for required articles and services.

- Lead Generation: Communicate with leads to arrange meetings and secure new business opportunities.

- Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales coordination and operations.

- Repeat Business: Encourage and manage repeat customer sales.

- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify additional sales opportunities.

- Lead Management: Generate and convert sales leads effectively.

- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure successful conversions.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: 2-3 years of total and relevant experience with stability.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.

Working Conditions:

- Hours: Six-day work week, Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Saturday (10 AM - 4 PM).

- Work Environment: On-site position at Dakhinee Co-Operative Housing Society, Kolkata.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary range: 20,000 - 25,000 per month.

- Pick up and drop off services from specified locations.

- Paid privilege leaves.
