About Tikshark Tikshark is one of the best creative agencies in Delhi NCR working with leading brands across FMCG F B restaurants lifestyle and entertainment industries We specialize in creative brand storytelling digital marketing and influencer-led campaigns that make real impact If you love creating buzz building relationships and driving campaigns that go viral welcome to the Tikshark Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team You will be responsible for planning identifying negotiating and managing influencer collaborations across platforms like Instagram YouTube and emerging social media spaces You ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver innovative campaigns that align with each brand s personality and objectives Key Responsibilities Identify and shortlist the right influencers for campaigns across categories FMCG F B restaurants lifestyle etc Develop and maintain a strong network of influencers content creators and talent managers Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations from outreach and negotiation to content delivery and campaign reporting Coordinate with internal teams to align influencer deliverables with creative briefs Track performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports Stay updated with the latest social media and influencer trends Handle influencer payments contracts and compliance documentation Contribute creative ideas for influencer campaigns that align with Tikshark s brand tone and vision Requirements 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing preferably in a digital or creative agency Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems Instagram YouTube Moj Josh etc Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with experience using influencer tracking tools Passion for digital trends pop culture and storytelling Internship Details Duration 2-3 Months extendable or can lead to a full-time role based on performance Location Haldwani Hybrid Stipend Performance-based Incentive-supported Certificate Internship completion certificate from Tikshark Pre-Placement Opportunity If you believe great marketing starts with great storytelling Tikshark is your place Job Types Fresher Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 3 000 00 - 8 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Location Haldwani Uttarakhand Preferred Work Location In person
