About Tikshark Tikshark is a fast-growing creative marketing and digital solutions agency based in Noida We help brands across industries like FMCG F B fashion and entertainment build powerful digital identities through social media influencer marketing paid ads and branding We re looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Intern who loves connecting with people and can represent Tikshark with enthusiasm and professionalism Role Overview As a Telecaller Intern you will be the voice of Tikshark reaching out to potential clients introducing them to our services and setting up meetings with the business development team This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales client communication or digital marketing while learning the ropes inside a creative agency environment Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain Tikshark s marketing and digital services Maintain a daily call log and record feedback in the CRM or Excel sheet Follow up with leads generated through campaigns referrals or social media Schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager Understand client needs and share relevant information with the internal team Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with clients Assist in basic marketing or research activities when required Requirements Freshers and students pursuing graduation are welcome to apply Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Confidence and clarity while speaking on phone calls Basic understanding of marketing or social media will be an advantage Punctual disciplined and eager to learn about client handling Internship Details Duration 2-3 Months extendable or can lead to a full-time role based on performance Location Haldwani Hybrid Stipend Performance-based Incentive-supported Certificate Internship completion certificate from Tikshark Pre-Placement Opportunity Job Type Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 3 000 00 - 8 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
