Company Description Fibermax offers a comprehensive range of services including ERP data analytics software development process automation business intelligence and back-office operations With industry expertise we aim to optimize operations drive cost efficiencies and support clients in achieving their strategic objectives Experience the transformative power of our tailored solutions at FIBERMAX Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Software Developer front end backend web developer located in Rajgangpur He will be responsible for team management team leadership software development and project management on a day-to-day basis Key Responsibilities 1 Project Management Develop and manage project plans schedules and deliverables across all project phases Define project scope goals milestones and dependencies Monitor project progress quality metrics and risk factors ensuring regular status reporting Lead pre-sales and post-sales project activities 2 Technical Oversight Oversee the design development and implementation of solutions in collaboration with developers Conduct technical reviews including code reviews design reviews and system architecture evaluations Provide hands-on support in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting 3 Developer Team Management Lead mentor and motivate development teams to achieve project goals Allocate tasks among team members based on skills and project requirements Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and project timelines 4 Client and Stakeholder Interaction Act as a liaison between clients developers and other stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals 5 Documentation and Analysis Analyze business requirements and recommend technical solutions Document application architecture processes and designs 6 Team Coordination Facilitate collaboration between developers QA teams and other cross-functional teams Resolve team blockers and ensure smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle Required Skills Expertise Proficiency in MERN STACK PERN STACK web applications and data visualization Familiarity with DevOps Cloud concepts API management Postgres Database and BI tools Proven experience managing developer teams and fostering a collaborative environment Excellent understanding of software architecture and technical design principles Strong expertise in SQL PL SQL and database management systems e g Oracle Hands-on experience in creating and managing workflows wireframes and technical functional specifications Strong coordination and leadership skills in a fast-paced IT environment Ability to estimate work manage resources and define mitigation strategies for risks Job Type Full-time Pay 331 272 91 - 459 404 26 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
