The individual in this role will focus on developing and managing relationships with clients, driving lead generation and conversion, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include managing existing accounts, engaging with potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to strategic sales planning. Collaboration with internal teams to drive insights and enhance business outcomes is also an integral part of this role. Qualifications - Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation - Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management - Track record of success in Sales and meeting targets - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Experience in the mortgage, title, or financial services industry is a plus
