Rapinno Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. sucht eine erfahrene Inside Sales Fachkraft, die unser wachsendes Team verstärkt.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Qualifizierte Leads generieren und detaillierte Kundeninformationen pflegen.
- Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in Großbritannien, Deutschland und Europa aufbauen und weiterentwickeln (mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung erforderlich).
- Ein kleines Team leiten und steuern, um Verkaufs- und Rekrutierungsziele zu erreichen.
- Eng mit Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen und erfolgreich Geschäftsabschlüsse zu erzielen.
- Den kompletten Rekrutierungsprozess (End-to-End) überwachen und einen reibungslosen, effizienten Ablauf sicherstellen.
