We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive Field Operations to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our software products to businesses and clients through field visits, client meetings, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions.
- Deliver product presentations and demos to clients, either on-site or virtually.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are fully addressed.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiation of deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
- Attend trade shows, seminars, and networking events as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in software sales, B2B preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field work.
- Basic understanding of IT/software products (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
