Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Domo. - Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data models and insights. - Perform data analysis, validation, and cleaning to ensure accuracy and reliability. - Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines and integrations. - Interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements. - Provide ad-hoc analysis and create automated reporting solutions. - Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA and related regulations). - Document processes, dashboards, and best practices for scalability and knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5–8 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. - Proven hands-on expertise with Domo (datasets, ETL, Beast Modes, Magic ETL, dataflows). - Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying. - Proficiency in data visualization and reporting best practices. - Experience working with healthcare data (EHR, claims, patient data, etc.) preferred. - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling sensitive data. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good to Have - Exposure to other BI/Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). - Experience with Python/R for data analysis and automation. - Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). - Previous experience in a health-tech or SaaS environment.
