About Tritonium:Tritonium is an AI-powered SaaS platform that transforms app store reviews into actionable insights for mobile product teams. We generate rich data about user behavior, product usage, and AI-driven insights. We're looking for a Data Analyst to help us understand our customers, optimize our product, and drive data-informed decisions across the company.Job Responsibilities:- Build and maintain dashboards that track key product and business metrics.- Analyze user behavior and product usage to identify patterns, opportunities, and friction points.- Support growth and marketing with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and campaign performance measurement.- Develop customer health scoring models to predict churn and identify expansion opportunities.- Partner with product to measure feature adoption and impact of new releases.- Create reports and presentations that communicate insights to stakeholders.- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to guide product decisions.- Build data models and pipelines that enable self-serve analytics for the team.- Monitor key metrics and alert the team to significant changes or anomalies.- Contribute to pricing analysis and packaging decisions based on usage data.Minimum Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.- Strong SQL skills with experience querying complex datasets.- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar).- Experience with product analytics and understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, LTV, CAC).- Statistical literacy including A/B testing, significance testing, and cohort analysis.- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings clearly.- Experience working with product and growth teams on data-driven decisions.- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.Preferred Skills:- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.- Background in B2B SaaS analytics with multi-tenant data considerations.- Familiarity with event tracking systems and product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment).- Experience building predictive models for churn or customer health.- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.- Experience with pricing analysis and monetization optimization.- Understanding of machine learning basics and working with ML teams.- Experience at early-stage startups establishing analytics foundations.Why Join Tritonium?- Shape the analytics foundation for a growing platform with rich data.- Influence product and business decisions with data-driven insights.- Work across the full business - product, growth, customer success, and finance.- Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote position with competitive compensation and equity.- Join early and grow with the analytics function as the company scales.To Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a brief description of an analysis that drove a meaningful business decision to with "Remote Data Analyst Application" as the subject line.Tritonium is committed to diversity and inclusion and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including those from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups.
