Job Title Sales officer Company Narayana Foods Brands - Cookibox Cookies Narayana Muffins Location Specify Region State Reporting To Areeal Sales Manager About Narayana Foods Narayana Foods is a growing FMCG company engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of premium cookies and muffins under the brands Cookibox and Narayana Muffins With a strong focus on quality taste and health our products are expanding rapidly across markets through a robust distribution network Position Summary The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth developing distribution channels and ensuring effective market execution in the assigned territory The role includes appointing and managing super stockists distributors and sales executives to achieve sales and visibility targets Key Responsibilities Appoint and manage super stockists distributors and sales representatives in the assigned area Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Monitor secondary and primary sales to ensure effective product movement Plan and execute trade promotions schemes and merchandising activities Ensure proper market coverage and outlet expansion Train and motivate the sales team for better performance and productivity Track competitor activities and report market intelligence Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth business operations Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies Prepare and submit regular sales reports market feedback and performance analysis Desired Candidate Profile Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in FMCG bakery confectionery or food industry Strong experience in channel sales distribution management and team handling Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Self-motivated target-oriented and able to work independently Compensation Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Travel and business expense reimbursement as per company policy Growth Opportunity This role offers significant career advancement into regional or national leadership positions based on performance and business results Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 200 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
