We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Agency Manager for our Health Insurance division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service in the health insurance market.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's reach in the health insurance sector.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to ensure optimal performance and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions through health insurance products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in health insurance sales or agency management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- In-depth knowledge of health insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
