Agency Manager Life Insurance Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agency Manager to lead our team of Financial Advisors in the life insurance industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment, development, and training of a team of Financial Advisors.
  • Guiding them to sell products on time by providing timely product knowledge.
  • Conducting training activities for better understanding and frequent updates.
  • Developing agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and work habits.
  • Working with agents on planning and reviewing activities and goals.
  • Generating business through recruited Financial Advisors.
  • Ambitious candidates will have ample scope to earn huge incentives and other perks.

The ideal candidate will possess sales experience in BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, FMCG, or similar sectors. They should also have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate their team to achieve success.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales background in BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, FMCG, or similar sectors.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to train and develop a team of Financial Advisors.
