Responsibilities: - Content Creation: Plan and create engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other marketing channels. - Social Media Management: Manage and schedule social media posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to maintain an active and consistent online presence. - SEO Support: Knowledge of SEO and SEM, including content optimization for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords and meta tags to improve organic reach. - Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including drafting content and tracking campaign performance. - Performance Marketing and Lead Generation: Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and suggestions for improvement based on key performance indicators (KPIs). - Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitors marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement. - Website Maintenance: Assist in updating and maintaining the company's website, ensuring that content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing initiatives. Qualifications: - Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). - Understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing). - Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
