Job Description Description Role : Solution Manager ETL ERP Data Management Location : Madurai Notice Period : Immediate Experience : 4 to 8 yrs Role Overview The Solution Manager will be responsible for designing and managing ERP and data-integration initiatives. This includes leading solution architecture, defining data flows, coordinating ETL activities, and interacting with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Detailed Responsibilities - Solution Design & Architecture : - Lead workshops to define solution architecture for ERP and data-driven initiatives. - Work with ERP teams (Oracle EBS or SAP) to design enhancements, integrations, and data flow strategies. - Define high-level and low-level design documents for integrations. - ERP & Data Integration Management : - Provide hands-on or functional expertise in Oracle EBS or SAP ERP modules. - Collaborate with ETL developers to define data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows. - Support large data migration initiatives ensuring data accuracy, consistency, governance, and integrity. - Project Coordination & Delivery : - Assist in requirement gathering, preparation of project plans, and maintaining delivery documentation. - Track project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks. - Stakeholder Collaboration : - Act as the point-of-contact between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors. - Conduct workshops, walkthroughs, solution reviews, and technical discussions. - Documentation & Knowledge Management : - Prepare detailed documentation such as solution designs, data flow diagrams, interface maps, and configuration documents. - Maintain repository of ERP setups, integration flows, and ETL pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications - Experience in Oracle EBS or SAP-based projects. - Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration principles. - Understanding of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello). - Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
