Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop visually appealing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product development to align visuals with project objectives
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all design elements and materials
- Deliver high-quality visual content adhering to brand guidelines while promoting creative innovation
- Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into design processes
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand communication
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines with attention to detail
- Edit, retouch, and adjust images and layouts to improve visual quality
- Work with external vendors such as printers, illustrators, and photographers to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong and diverse portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design concepts clearly
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to receive and incorporate constructive feedback into designs
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web design is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage
- Familiarity with branding and marketing principles is beneficial
