Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print media including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and more
- Collaborate with teams including Marketing, Content Creation, and Product Development to understand project goals and deliver impactful visuals
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints
- Produce high-quality graphics that align with design guidelines while staying modern and visually fresh
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices and apply them to enhance design output
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and offer new ideas for visual communication
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Edit and retouch images and adjust layouts to improve visual quality
- Work with printers, photographers, illustrators, and other creatives for successful project delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team
- Receptive to feedback and revisions
- Knowledge of UI/UX and web design is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus
- Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts is an advantage
