Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with the product team to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations, translating them into effective design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas and interactions
- Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and improve user satisfaction
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance and iterate on design solutions
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs across platforms
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architectures to guide and support design decisions
- Maintain a consistent design system and UI components across all digital products
- Optimize interfaces for responsiveness and cross-platform usability, ensuring smooth experiences across devices
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate innovation and design excellence
- Work with content teams to create cohesive and accessible visual and textual user experiences
- Participate in design critiques, provide feedback to peers, and refine designs based on team and stakeholder input
- Promote and advocate for user-centered design principles within the team and across the organization
- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities in all design initiatives
