The Purpose of This Role As a chapter leader under Analytics Insight and Reporting Chapter(India), you will be responsible for Developing , maintaining and enhancing PSW reporting . You will be technically leading a team of motivated individuals proactively working on enhancing the reporting platform to make it more resilient and transform it to next gen Reporting & Insight Platform As a technical leader, you blend deep Software Engineering knowledge with a passion for coaching, mentoring and help them grow and develop in their knowledge area and ensure alignment on the how of the work they perform Role You are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to bring the latest thinking to your role to empower others with that knowledge. In addition, you: - Bring passion to your work to inspire and motivate - Embody Fidelity's Leadership Principles - Create a culture of continuous improvement - Enjoy what you do The Value You Deliver As a Chapter leader you will be responsible for The Value you Deliver What You'll Do - Lead a team of engineers who are responsible for building, maintaining, and deploying web applications. - Set technical direction for the engineering team and define architectural standards in partnership with other leaders. - Provide direct management, coaching, and mentoring for a growing engineering team, with a specific focus on career development - Partner effectively with other leaders in the group to develop a cohesive and comprehensive technical strategy and roadmap, supporting our range of products. - Help cultivate and advocate for a culture code that emphasizes a customer focus, sharing knowledge, empowering everyone, and supporting leadership at all levels. - Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and help drive technical decisions in support of these goals. The Skills and Expertise that are key to this Role Requirements - Extensive expertise in designing and developing large-scale data platforms using AWS and other cloud technologies. - Over 10 years of experience in building and managing enterprise-grade data platforms with a strong focus on Data Engineering and hands-on Cloud/Data Engineering capabilities. - Deep understanding of DevOps concepts and their application in data platform development and deployment. - Hands-on experience with Snowflake in data warehousing environments. - Proficient in Python and SQL/PLSQL for data processing and automation. - Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus. - Exposure to Data Lake architectures and Business Intelligence solutions is beneficial. - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments. - Experience in the Financial Services industry, with a preference for familiarity with Wealth & Investment (WI) products and related data. - Skilled in navigating complex organizational structures to drive cross-functional collaboration and project success.
