Performs a sequence of predefined, specialized and different electronic assembly operations, which includes specialized testing and problem analysis, in cooperation with a team of differently qualified assembly technicians
Responsibilities
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Floor Assembly Tech, you will be responsible for:
- First Shift 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday Thursday with some Fridays required.
- One of the main objectives of this position is to deliver a quality product, while working as a team on the production floor.
- You will assemble and verify products are ready for next process.
- You will work closely with area Supervisor and/or Manufacturing Technicians for semi-complex troubleshooting situations.

- You will perform all of the standard and some specialized and complex aspects within area of specialization
- You will apply documented rules, past practices, or instruction on an independent level
- Effectively identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is difficult or complex.
- Advanced skills: soldering, testing, rework
Required skills to have for the success of this role
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- Specialized skill training/certification may be required.

The Annual Base Pay For This Position Is
Min $48,400 - Max $72,600
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
