We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in India. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a passion for achieving results.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
