Flutter Developer – Cross-Platform Mobile App Specialist

📍 Location: Sector 62, Noida (On-site)

We’re looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with 3+ years of expertise in building scalable, high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications that delight users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain cross-platform apps using Flutter & Dart.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality code.
- Build reusable components and maintain clean, testable code.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Firebase, and 3rd-party SDKs.
- Implement real-time chat, voice call, and video call functionalities (using Agora, Twilio, WebRTC, or similar).
- Manage AWS S3 media upload, storage, and retrieval for images, videos, and documents.
- Optimize performance for speed, scalability, and battery efficiency.
- Debug and fix issues across Android & iOS devices and OS versions.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile practices.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Flutter Expertise

- Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
- Strong in OOP concepts & state management (Bloc, Provider, GetX, Riverpod).
- Proficient in complex UI/animations using Flutter Widgets & CustomPaint.
- Deep understanding of Flutter architecture & internals.

Mobile-Specific Skills

- Experience in implementing chat, video, and voice calling features using SDKs (Agora, Twilio, Jitsi, WebRTC).
- Proficient in platform-specific integrations via Method Channels.
- Knowledge of Native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
- Strong grasp of app lifecycle, background processes, push notifications, and permissions.
- API & Backend Integration
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.
- Hands-on with Firebase Suite: Firestore, Auth, FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config.
- Experience handling AWS S3 bucket media management (upload, download, optimization).

Testing & Debugging

- Proficient in Unit, Widget, and Integration Testing.
- Familiar with Postman, Charles Proxy, Firebase Performance Monitoring.
- Tools & Platforms
- Version control with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- CI/CD pipelines using Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
- Cloud testing with BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

- Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, TDD.
- Exposure to Flutter Web/Desktop apps.
- Experience publishing on App Store & Google Play.
- Familiarity with analytics, user behavior tracking & A/B testing.
