Flutter Developer

Location: Sector 62 Noida (On-site)

Ultrashield Technology is a leading mobile app development company delivering innovative digital solutions across industries like fintech, OTT, healthcare, logistics, and more. We're looking for a talented Flutter Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
  • Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase services, and native device features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Optimize app performance for speed, scalability, responsiveness, and battery usage.
  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and adherence to Agile development practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions.
  • Debug and fix issues across devices, platforms (iOS & Android), and OS versions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Core Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in
    Flutter & Dart.
  • Strong command over
    OOP principles, State Management
    (
    Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, GetX
    ).
  • Experience in developing complex UI and animations using Flutter Widgets and CustomPaint.
  • Deep understanding of Flutter architecture and Flutter internals.

Mobile-Specific Expertise:

  • Proficient in platform-specific integrations using Method Channels.
  • Experience with
    Native Android (Java/Kotlin)
    and
    iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
    is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of mobile application lifecycle, background processes, push notifications, and permission handling.

API & Backend Integration:

  • Experience working with
    RESTful APIs
    ,
    GraphQL
    , and
    WebSockets
    .
  • Hands-on with Firebase Suite:
    Firestore, Auth, Cloud Messaging (FCM), Analytics, Remote Config
    , and
    Crashlytics.

Testing & Debugging:

  • Unit, Widget, and Integration Testing using Flutter's testing framework.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Postman, Charles Proxy
    , and
    Firebase Performance Monitoring
    .

Tools & Platforms:

  • Git, GitHub/GitLab for version control.
  • Experience with
    CI/CD
    tools like
    Bitrise, Codemagic, GitHub Actions
    , or
    Jenkins
    .
  • Use of emulators, physical devices, and cloud testing platforms (
    BrowserStack
    ,
    Firebase Test Lab
    ).

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):

  • Knowledge of Clean Architecture, TDD, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with Flutter Web or Flutter Desktop.
  • Familiarity with deployment on App Store and Google Play.
  • Experience in publishing and managing apps, including beta testing (TestFlight, Play Console).
  • Understanding of analytics integration and user behavior tracking.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
