Flutter Developer – Cross-Platform Mobile App Specialist Location: Sector 62, Noida (On-site) Experience Required: 3+ Years Company: Ultrashield Technology About Us At Ultrashield Technology, we deliver cutting-edge mobile and web solutions across industries like Fin Tech, OTT, Healthcare, and Logistics. We’re looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with 3+ years of expertise in building scalable, high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications that delight users worldwide. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform apps using Flutter & Dart. Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality code. Build reusable components and maintain clean, testable code. Integrate RESTful APIs, Graph QL, Web Sockets, Firebase, and 3rd-party SDKs. Implement real-time chat, voice call, and video call functionalities (using Agora, Twilio, Web RTC, or similar). Manage AWS S3 media upload, storage, and retrieval for images, videos, and documents. Optimize performance for speed, scalability, and battery efficiency. Debug and fix issues across Android & i OS devices and OS versions. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile practices. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers. Required Skills & Qualifications Core Flutter Expertise Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart. Strong in OOP concepts & state management (Bloc, Provider, Get X, Riverpod). Proficient in complex UI/animations using Flutter Widgets & Custom Paint. Deep understanding of Flutter architecture & internals. Mobile-Specific Skills Experience in implementing chat, video, and voice calling features using SDKs (Agora, Twilio, Jitsi, Web RTC). Proficient in platform-specific integrations via Method Channels. Knowledge of Native Android (Java/Kotlin) and i OS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus. Strong grasp of app lifecycle, background processes, push notifications, and permissions. API & Backend Integration Experience with REST APIs, Graph QL, Web Sockets. Hands-on with Firebase Suite: Firestore, Auth, FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config. Experience handling AWS S3 bucket media management (upload, download, optimization). Testing & Debugging Proficient in Unit, Widget, and Integration Testing. Familiar with Postman, Charles Proxy, Firebase Performance Monitoring. Tools & Platforms Version control with Git/Git Hub/Git Lab. CI/CD pipelines using Codemagic, Bitrise, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins. Cloud testing with Browser Stack, Firebase Test Lab. Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, TDD. Exposure to Flutter Web/Desktop apps. Experience publishing on App Store & Google Play. Familiarity with analytics, user behavior tracking & A/B testing. Soft Skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Strong communication & collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Passion for continuous learning & innovation.
