The ideal candidate will lead efforts to increase brand visibility, drive product adoption, and contribute to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities. 1. Brand Management: - Enhance brand presence across digital and offline channels. - Oversee brand consistency in packaging, content, communication and visuals. 1. Campaign Management: - Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and influencer marketing. - Measure and report the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights. 1. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to develop promotional materials. - Manage external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives. 1. Digital Marketing: - Drive SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to improve online visibility and conversions. - Monitor website traffic and optimize content for customer engagement. 1. Event Coordination: - Organize and manage product launches, webinars, and brand events. Qualifications - Experience: 5+ years in marketing, preferably in the health, wellness, or FMCG sector. - Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred. - Skills: - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively. - Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
