Job Description Roles and Responsibilities - Handle escalated issues from other teams and resolve them efficiently. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer queries and concerns. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile - 2-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centreenvironment handling international voice process. - Experience as a relevant customer service executive in a premium contact centre is mandatory. - Excellent communication skills inEnglish language; strong verbal and written communicationabilities required. - Ability to work under pressure; high stress tolerance necessary for this role. - Skill Set required: Problem Solving, customer service mindset, ownership, and conflict resolution skill - Flexible to work in all the shifts (Should be willing to work for the customer without having constraints to timings/shifts).
