Job Title: Sirion CLM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst Experience Required: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Sirion CLM Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sirion CLM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our team and support key client engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Sirion CLM platform, with the ability to manage the end-to-end design process, gather business requirements, and provide best practice recommendations to clients. This is a critical client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary functional consultant for Sirion CLM implementations - Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications - Manage end-to-end solution design in alignment with client needs - Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions - Provide best practice guidance on CLM processes and Sirion platform capabilities - Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations as needed - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful deployment - Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience working with Sirion CLM platform - In-depth understanding of Sirion system functionality, configuration, and workflows - Proven experience managing design and configuration end-to-end - Ability to advise clients on best practices and optimization strategies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Familiarity with CLM processes, contract management, and legal operations - Experience in functional consulting or business analysis within CLM/Legal Tech - Exposure to integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, DMS) - Certifications in Sirion CLM (if available) Location: Bangalore – Manyata Tech Park About Morae Global Morae Global is a dynamic, high-growth organization that provides an integrated suite of solutions to corporate law departments and law firms, and partners with leading software and services providers, both within and outside the legal industry.
