Job Title:Sirion CLM Functional Consultant / Business AnalystExperience Required:4+ years of hands-on experience with Sirion CLMRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Sirion CLM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our team and support key client engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Sirion CLM platform , with the ability to manage the end-to-end design process , gather business requirements, and provide best practice recommendations to clients. This is a critical client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management solutions.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary functional consultant for Sirion CLM implementationsGather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsManage end-to-end solution design in alignment with client needsCollaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutionsProvide best practice guidance on CLM processes and Sirion platform capabilitiesConduct client workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations as neededSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful deploymentBuild strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and value realizationRequired Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of experience working with Sirion CLM platformIn-depth understanding of Sirion system functionality, configuration, and workflowsProven experience managing design and configuration end-to-endAbility to advise clients on best practices and optimization strategiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFamiliarity with CLM processes, contract management, and legal operationsExperience in functional consulting or business analysis within CLM/Legal TechExposure to integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, DMS)Certifications in Sirion CLM (if available)Location:Bangalore – Manyata Tech ParkAbout Morae GlobalMorae Global is a dynamic, high-growth organization that provides an integrated suite of solutions to corporate law departments and law firms, and partners with leading software and services providers, both within and outside the legal industry.
