Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Sirion CLM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
to join our team and support key client engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the
Sirion CLM platform
, with the ability to manage the
end-to-end design process
, gather business requirements, and provide
best practice recommendations
to clients. This is a critical client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary functional consultant for
    Sirion CLM implementations
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Manage end-to-end solution design
    in alignment with client needs
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Provide
    best practice guidance
    on CLM processes and Sirion platform capabilities
  • Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations as needed
  • Support
    UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
    and ensure successful deployment
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience
    working with Sirion CLM platform
  • In-depth understanding of Sirion system functionality, configuration, and workflows
  • Proven experience managing
    design and configuration end-to-end
  • Ability to advise clients on
    best practices and optimization strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with CLM processes, contract management, and legal operations
  • Experience in
    functional consulting or business analysis
    within CLM/Legal Tech
  • Exposure to
    integrations
    with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, DMS)
  • Certifications in Sirion CLM (if available)
