
Senior Sales Manager

Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager will lead, manage, and drive sales for Commercial Projects and other residential/commercial developments. This role involves strategic planning, market research, team management, client relationship building, and coordination with key stakeholders to ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring individual and team sales targets are met.
- Develop and implement pre-launch and launch sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Create effective marketing & advertising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to generate quality leads.
2. Team Management & Training
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with the sales team.
- Provide regular training and skill development sessions to improve team performance and product knowledge.
- Motivate and mentor the team to maintain high morale and productivity.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Arrange and oversee site visits to convert leads into sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 510 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and buyer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Client satisfaction and retention.
