Job Description Summary: Krish Toyota, Coimbatore is seeking dynamic and ambitious Management Trainees to join our showroom team. This role is designed for individuals passionate about automobiles and eager to build a career in marketing and sales. As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to understand Toyota’s product line, engage with customers, and drive sales performance while upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities / KRA: Promote and sell Toyota vehicles to walk-in and online customers Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns and showroom events Conduct product demonstrations and test drives with potential buyers Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota models, features, pricing, and financing options Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction Track leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales Support digital marketing efforts including social media engagement and lead generation Prepare daily sales reports and contribute to monthly performance reviews Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience Skills & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for automobiles and customer service Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Salary & Other Benefits CTC of upto 2 Lakhs p.a. plus Attractive Incentives upto Rs.40,000/- per month.
