Job Description

Key Objective of the Job:

To be responsible for lead generation management, maintain customer relationship, to manage external relations with the various dealers and Tata Motors Stakeholders in order to establish TCL as a preferred financing partner thus generating volume sales and meeting targets for the assigned product.

Key Deliverables:

Lead Management

- Managing and supporting the team in generating leads, dealing with channel partners whenever required
- Fosters team spirit and contribute to a collaborative approach across the department/division
- Provides procedural or process suggestions for achieving team goals or performing team function and provides resources or help to achieve the common goal

Customer relationship management

- Develop and maintain relationship with key existing and potential customers
- Takes imitative in creating in innovative customer value

Dealer relationship management

1. Maintain relationship with key local dealerships, TML dealers and local territory managers of TML
2. Manage a team of Sales Manager including target setting, dealer allocation, and performance management

Team Management

- Ensure all Sales Manager and dealer sales team are aware of policies related to TCL product offerings

Education Qualification:

Minimum should have completed Graduation
