The institute specializes in preparing students for competitive legal examinations with a focus on MP Civil Judge Examination. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhopal for an Admission Counsellor (Inside Sales). The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students by providing detailed information about courses, addressing queries, and assisting with the admission process. The role includes engaging with inquiries via calls or in person, understanding student needs and aspirations, and offering tailored recommendations. Additionally, the role involves maintaining records of interactions, meeting targets, and fostering a professional and supportive environment for prospective students. Qualifications - Proficient in Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills for effectively engaging with students and families. - Experience in Customer Service and Sales activities to assist with handling admissions inquiries and meeting enrollment targets. - Knowledge or experience in the Education sector is desirable for understanding student needs and academic aspirations. - Strong organizational and record-keeping skills to manage inquiries and documents efficiently. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
