Job Description Job Title: Admission Counsellor Location: Jasola Salary: Up to 30,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 year (in counselling, sales, or education industry preferred) Job Role & Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online enquiries. - Provide accurate information regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and fee structure. - Counsel students to help them choose the right academic programs based on their interests and qualifications. - Maintain strong follow-ups with enquiries to ensure conversions. - Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets. - Maintain proper documentation and update student data in CRM or internal systems. - Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students. - Participate in admission drives, events, webinars, or outreach activities as required. - Deliver excellent customer service and represent the organization professionally.
