
Zonal Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Coaching:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Expert Sales Executives (ESEs).
- Build high energy and motivation levels, ensuring low attrition and high engagement.
- Foster in-clinic effectiveness through superior HCP engagement.
- Strategy Execution:
- Execute organizational sales strategies to achieve business outcomes in the zone.
- Roll out key marketing campaigns in coordination with the Regional Expert Sales Manager.
- Segmentation & Targeting:
- Implement effective HCP segmentation and targeting to engage the most relevant experts for GSK/Haleon products.
- Performance Analysis & Planning:
- Analyze area performance using data sources like IQVIA to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and drive implementation of quarterly/annual expert activation plans and budgets.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), especially senior HCPs at national/state level.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance regional market penetration.
- Compliance & Ethics:
- Ensure adherence to Haleon's Values, Ethics, and Compliance standards.
- Distribution Management:
- Establish and maintain an efficient distribution structure in the assigned geography.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Full-time MBA, M.Pharm, or M.Sc from a recognized institute.
- Experience:
- 25 years of people management experience.
- Industry experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, FMCG, FMCH, or FMCD is preferred.
- Key Skills:
- People Management, Business Planning, Coaching & Mentoring, Data Analysis (IQVIA), Sales Strategy Execution, HCP Engagement, Compliance, KOL Management.
